How do I stop receiving email notifications about threads?

I checked my options in my profile but didn’t see anything about emails regarding threads.

Hey Thomas, it is under [B]User CP[/B], then [B]Edit Options[/B], then [B]Default Thread Subscription Mode.[/B]

Once you do what Nichole said above, then go here: http://www.yogaforums.com/forums/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription&folderid=all and remove any current subscriptions.
