My name is Becca and I'm a yoga instructor in Oregon. I currently teach children's yoga, and am starting adult classes for athletes in the fall. I will be new to adult classes, and feel that even with training there are a few questions and aspects of teaching I am unsure of! I am glad to have found this forum, and look forward to interacting with others here.
