I received a gift certificate for retirement and bought a yoga mat. Since then...I have become stronger and more flexible.
Are there any "seniors" out here? I moved to Manhattan last August and tried one studio, but miss my favorite, Beloved Yoga in Reston, Va. |

Happy Change of Life to You! It is wonderful to share in your enthusiasm of feeling stronger and more flexible because of your Yoga practice. I am not a senior or elder yet myself, but I do work with elders in my work and want to offer my support to you for your Yoga practice. My mother recently acquired 65 years and I am watching her with curiosity and tremendous admiration as she is connects to this deep well of wisdom and strength that has become available to her now during this phase of her life. Now seeing what becomes available to you during these years, it has me looking forward to this time in my own life!
I hope you will get some excellent recommendations from our membership to a studio that will suit you well in your new city. Highest regards,
