Hello All, My name is Maiah and I've only been practicing for a few months now on my own after stumbling on a show called "Nameste Yoga." I'm still young and I haven't found a yoga school or branch of yoga that I am devoted yet to so for the past couple of months I've been doing a little bit of everything. I look foward to meeting all of you!

Welcome to Yoga Forums Maiah,
Thank you for sharing your history with yoga. It is nice to hear that you are trying a little bit everything and eager to explore yoga further. I think you'll find a wide variety of opinions and views here, from members who are seeking only the physical benefits of asana (though they always get more than they ask for ) to members who have daily Yoga sadhanas (multidimensional yoga practices).

Feel welcome to ask questions and share your experience here.

Best wishes,

Hello! Namaste Yoga played a bit of a role in inspiring me to the mat. Good to see its influence on others. It's fun to test the waters by looking into the different types of yoga.
