Hello everyone. My name is Julio and I started yoga again a few months ago in February. By "again" I mean I had done it on my own years ago for a very short while (two months and change) and dropped in on 4 or 5 classes at Bally. I decided it was time to really learn so strictly based on location and class schedule, I chose an anusara studio (not having a clue what anusara was) but it's been working out great. Eager to do and learn more so that's why I'm here.

Hey Julio,
We're glad to have you sharing at Yoga Forums. Thanks for telling us something about youself and your history with yoga. There are other Anusara practitioners here who will be glad to see more post about this style of practice. Best wishes and welcome,

Thanks for the welcome. I'm continuing with anusara because it still fits my schedule. Next week I'm taking an intro to Ashtanga 3-class series. I'm looking forward to that. It's in a different part of town which logistically isn't as convenient but I really want to try it.
