Hello,
I am new to the Yoga Forums, and I look forward to chatting with all of you.
I am a yoga student, fitness coach and artist residing in Port Orchard, Washington. When I'm not working or practicing you will find me enjoying the outdoors, gardening and promoting sustainable living.
Yoga has inspired such growth within my body and soul over the years. I am currently practicing Ashtanga Yoga and Yogic Arts by Duncan Wong. In addition to yoga I also love long distance running and hiking.
It's a pleasure to be a part of this warm community.
