Hi, I'm always up at night, and I usually browse a lot of yoga sites so I figured I would get a handle on a yoga forum.

I am a pretty experienced beginner as far as hatha yoga goes. Don't really have the endurance to call myself intermediate yet. Been getting more tapes and the like, still playing around with the whole vegetarian thing, mostly interested in ecology and interconnectivity. I have a lot of questions, and no proper yoga teacher (mostly due to my work/sleep schedule anymore... all classes are in the morning when I go to bed!)
