I just want to introduce my self to the forum and why I love yoga. A couple of years ago I went through an extremely painful experience. Yoga was one of the main things that helped me heal. It really helped me connect to who I am and center myself. Plus it was so much fun to do and I loved how I felt afterwards. Since then it has been a goal to learn more and eventually to teach yoga. I am excited to learn more about you all.
Thanks,
Shortcakes

Welcome, Shortcakes.

Isn't it wonderful, that when there is the need, there is also the means of healing ?
This tought me to love even the painful things what happen to me ... they have their reasons, and they always teach me more about myself.
People, especially today, and living in "civilized" countries tend to run from the slightest pain but fate still finds ways to test us.
