Hi im about 7 months into practicing yoga, but iv'e rearly missed a day and doubled up on classes often. I love yoga, and I also love shooting video. I practice ashtanga, anusara and pralaya most often and
sometimes kundalini. |

thats a tough question, the short answer is I see benefit from all of the above but Pralaya is the one that leaves me feeling like I am the most clear mentally, the most aligned physically & energetically. I feel better after pralaya then any other style by far... even kundalini or after doing a long ashtanaga pranayama routine. pralaya is also by far the most physically challenging for me. Because of where I live and where Pralaya is taught, I can only make 1 class ( 3 hour class ) a week if I'm lucky right now, and I'm blessed with many great teachers in the other styles close to home!
