Namaste!

I've been practicing yoga for about a year now- the first month was rough-- but after trying to come up with an excuse to not go and finding myself at class twice a week regardless, yoga has become a very important part of my life.

I was quite ill before I started, on several medications and barely had enough energy to work. Now I feel healthier than ever, I'm off all the meds and I have enough energy to last from morning til bedtime. I've even started to add some traditional work outs at the gym to my weekly routine.

I'm really excited to find this forum- - there are many times I think of something or another about yoga and have sought answers from my instructor, yoga friends and google, but it will be nice to read through the topics, ask more questions and learn new things from you all too.
