Hi!
While browsing the web for a suitable quote I can base a dharma talk on I'm currently putting together for this weekend's class, I stumbled across this forum. Sweet  So I decided to join right away. I'm a 30 year old German living in Northern Florida and after some years in corporate I am currently pursuing an old dream of mine: After seven years of practicing Yoga I am becoming a Yoga teacher myself. While my personal practice had been focused on Vinyasa/Power, the Teacher Training added Ashtanga to the picture - love it! So for now it's off to do some research on a nice quote... I'll be back soon |

Hi sandmensch,
welcome to you on this forum then and hope you find your nice quote here. So you already give dharma talk, is that not a buddhist thing? Take care at the seaside sandmensch, stay clear of the waves , you will be spread all over the beach before you know it. Namaste Louise |
