Hi all, I have just registered and am about to check out the forum. I hope it's a good one. Anyhow it's vBulletin so that's a good start. I've been doing yoga Nidra for many years and would like to share with you all my experience with it. Here is where I have put a lot of my hard work in the form of a CD which I made over a period of a year.
