I have been blessed with adversity over the course of the last 5 years. The details are not as important as the end result and the tools that assisted and guided me through the "valley of the shadow of death." For me, being introduced to Yoga just one year prior to my diagnosis of advanced stage III breast cancer was nothing less than a miracle!

I do not have the formal education or wisdom to teach "how" Yoga specifically strengthens muscles, or stimulates our internal organs. I can only be a witness to the impact it has made in my own life. It is apparant it has helped my muscle tone. The interesting part to me was the subliminal processes that were working as well. The more I learn, the more I want to share what I have and learn from others.

I appreciate this forum as a way to learn, share, and teach. The practice and study of Yoga has so many levels and different rewards. I look forward to learning with you and hope I am able to give as much back.
