Hi there! I've been doing yoga for about a year. I'm new to this forum though- so I thought I'd say hello to you.
Have a great day!

Hello,
I have been doing Yoga for around 18 months, and i love it!!! Keep going, the results get better and better! I found that at twice a week, i improved, but slowly. A big difference for me occurred when i started to go three times a week, highly recommended. Namaste, Avi Last edited by Nichole; 07-19-2008 at 02:47 PM. Reason: removed link |
