Hi everyone. I am just getting my feet wet in the Yoga Forum scene and thought I would let everyone know that I am glad to be a part of this intentional online community. Yoga is such a refined discipline and I am so glad to see that the world of yoga is expanding and elevating the lives and spirits of friends, families, and neighbors alike.
Anyone have in tips on how to dig in deep in the yoga forum community? I am looking to get down and dirty a learn some new things while also share my own experience and knowledge. Most of all I look forward to meeting other yogis venturing this humble path of life. Stop not till the goal is reached! |

Namaste and welcome. To really dig deep, use the search facility, that way you can search keywords, have done it myself numerous times and I am surprised by what I get every time.
Enjoy!
