I'm quite new to yoga practise, I've read quite a bit about yoga during the last couple of years but I haven't really dedicated time on the actual practise. I'm especially interested in kundalini yoga. Seeya on the threads!

Welcome Coatlicue! I think it's great that you've been reading about Yoga, that also lifts up the awareness, doesn't it?
Cheers |

Kundalini yoga sounds interesting. I'd never heard of it before, but wikipedia did a pretty good explanation. Greetings and salutations Coatlicue!

Thank you all for the warm welcome! Of course, getting information by reading doesn't mean you gain any vidya/gnosis, but knowledge opens a possibility for a wider understanding in an esoteric level. And putting theory into practise is what really gets things rolling
Her blessings!
