I practice and teach Kum Nye-Tibetan Yoga although I have practiced a lot of Vinyasa, Hatha and various other forms of yoga in classes over the last 10 years. Kum Nye was my doorway to integration and continuity of practice with the rest of my life.
I am especially interested to read about the experience of yoga teachers. I became an authorized Kum Nye teacher last year and am learning a lot about how my practice carries over to working with people in the classroom. Om Ah Hum, meggie hayne |
