Hi David, nice to meet you too... Bali is such other beautiful island, but the thing that makes Bali different from others is the culture. The ancient culture still kept well here.. Not only in Big Days, but also in daily activity.
I really proud to be part of it, to keep Bali in balance.. |

Glad to hear it, have you visit Bali before? I live in Balian beach, in the west coast of Bali. It's small village, and good place to find peace and serenity...

Oo, so sorry I didn't see your last question dear Kadek. Well you're asking someone who still doesn't know the names of the streets after few years living in a city - yes that's me. I can tell you that I love balineese graceful dance , flowers on the streets, sound of a wooden wind chinds, little cute geckos, hot sweetness in the air, lovely fruits....
My time on Bali was 9 years ago for the first time, and because I liked it so much I went the year after again. However I do remember that I took a boat also to Lombok and from there to Gili Trawangan. I had also met on Bali someone who is still nowadays my best friend, and I took some decisions there that had influence on the direction of my life, so therefore it will always be a bit special to me. No idea if I will ever return, I guess Bali played it's role for me already I hope I made it up for a late reply? |
