Hello,
I recently had the privilege of taking a workshop with Mukunda during the Kashi Atlanta Teacher Training.
I am finding the Structural Yoga Therapy book invaluable and the time with Mukunda himself was amazing. I'm looking forward to reading and applying more.

I am glad to hear that you have recently had a weekend with Mukunda enjoyed your studies together.

Mukunda's posts are deeper in the forum so you can look there for more of his teachings. You can also search the forum by topics too.
