Welcome to the forum!... I am trying to get back into yoga myself too, unfortunately I don't have the time right now. This forum helps me to be in touch with those that are into yoga on a regular basis, which helps me to be up to date.

Thanks for the welcome
I thought I didnt have the time either so I really prioritized my schedule in the mornings and I was able to come up with 20-30 minutes every morning. Its a short practice but so worth it. Even if you only had 10-15 minutes per day to dedicate to your practice I think you would be greatful that you had.

Any practice is better than none. If you can only get that a day that is wonderful. Its not about quantity but quality as its always said...

Welcome mate!
