Happy New Year everyone!
I am a yoga teacher in Los Angeles and I began doing yoga after years of back problems. I love everything about yoga, the diversity...the ability for anyone of any age to practice some form of yoga. I've been practicing for about 10 years now. I teach a flow style of yoga based on Iyengar's teachings and a little bit of Astanga (but safe!) Recently, I created and published a yoga planner. It's a one of a kind and it's now for sale on amazon.com and ebay. Here's the link if anyone is curious! http://stores.ebay.com/Yoga-OMwork I am so glad this forum is here! I look forward to a new year with more yoga! |

I'll be in maui late Jan. early feb. Maybe you can set up a studio near the Napili pt. resort area so I can walk down there with my gear. Oh, a question which is better for your mat a yoga bag or the mat sling?

Your idea is great! I like the way you think!!! I prefer the mat bag by Prana but honestly, you should check them out at the store to see which style you like best. Prana sells them for about 25 bucks and some snazzy bags are even more expensive. The sling is great if you want simplicity but with a bag, you can throw your keys/id in the pocket when you go to class. |

well I have one mat in a bag from a kit the other is in a giam type match sling. Its attempting to get the wai lana yoga bag. I like her deluxe versions types base on the color pattern catches my eye. So should I leave them as is or get that wai lana bag? Does a block substute for a boster? I only use a crouch pillow to sit upon for the mediation part of one of my dvds.
