SoCAL yoga practitioner

Hi all I used to be very athletic but got sick and part of my recovery has involved the practice of yoga. I never thought that I would get so much into it.. I also try to practice yoga nidra whenever I can.

I'm glad to have joined this forum and I'm looking forward to learn from you.

I was wondering if anybody knew of a nice outdoor place around the area (Ventura County) where to practice yoga. I was envisioning a quiet place on a hill/mountain overlooking the ocean. Also, let me know if anyone would be interested in practicing outdoors with me, we could go hunting for the perfect spot.

Welcome to the forum, it's great to have you here. I'm stuck in AZ so I'm not much help with the other stuff. But good luck with that
