hi everyone. I'm a 19 year old male, and have been doing yoga for about 8 months now. I started it in hopes of improving my back pain, and since I've beed doing it about 5 times a week, i've seen some major improvement. but, I also suffer from a lot of neck pain from a separate injury and it's become my worst problem now. problem is, I know a good deal of youga (I'm no master of course ) but I don't know of any yoga techniques that could improve my neck pain. please, if you know of some way I could use yoga for my neck pain, I'd really appreciate some help.

oh, and one other little thing, I'm just wondering if there's any yoga techniques for strengthening my bicepts. they seem to be the only muscles I can't strengthen with yoga (yet).

thanks everyone.

Try the one where you reach one arm under, around the back, the other over, around the shoulder, so that you can grab one with the other, behind your back. Do it on both sides.
