Amazing practice

Namaste,
I had the most amazing experience with my yoga practice today and i thought i would share with my fellow yogi's. I know alot of you might be reading this right now and thinking that im going to talk about how flexible and open i was or how strong i was however, the past few months this has not been my primary focus or even something on my mind. Today my practice was amazing because of my breath. As it flowed in and out of my body i felt a surge of energy and a calming of my mind that was out of this world. I felt like my breath was water and i was drinking it, with each sip hydrating my body. My ujai breath was long and smooth and deep. Ive been working on my breath for a while now but always feel like giving up because i either keep forgetting to connect my breath with my movement or its too difficult to control. I say that this is quite an accomplishment so i thought id share.
Blessings

Thank you for sharing. Getting the breath right is a big challenge! I am still working on it & every now & then you just get it right, what a nice feeling!

Well done.

Controlling the breath for an entire session is something that I am yet to accomplish. I can see how difficult and important it is so I think congratulations are in order.

Thank-you for sharing Great to know about someone's progress and awareness..

I found that keeping mu ujai during whole practice is easier when I work in single vinyasa flow; turning my mind completely off; carefully listening and watching inner space and energy flows. Ujai just starts working on its own, when all the system is balanced.

Thank-you again
