I had surgery to repair and inguinal hernia on Friday, and am now able to move around with more comfort and ability.
Before this i have had a daily asana practice for nearly ten years. I am curious to know what(if any) asana might be safe to take while i am recovering...... I am aware enough to know that twists and deep forward bending is out of the question, but would like to put together a light program that would leave me feeling as though im not drying up from lack of exercise. Any help would be lovely...... And please, anyone else share their similar stories. Thank you! Nathan |
