Unfortunately i don't have alot of time to attend classes so i do most of my yoga practice at home. I was wondering if you recommend some good dvds/videos to practice with at home? I've only been practicng for a few months so i'd say i'm still in the beginner mode.

Thank you!

I start every morning off with Rodney Yee's AM YOGA DVD. I just love it and never miss a morning. I started this back in May and with a short exercise period in the afternoons (resistance training) I really feel better than I have for a long time. I also meditate for 15 min. in the evenings. Add all these together and I really believe it has made a big improvement in my life. None of these activities take more than 20 minutes and I always can make the time for them.
