Could someone please suggest to me which asanas are best for frozen shoulders?
Which asanas should I avoid with this problem also?

Charlotte,
In order for this to be even partially answered I would need more information about you. It would be careless of me to answer based only on what you've shared. Consider sharing background about yourself, your activity level/fitness, and your current or previous yoga experience. gordon

I can advise the classic doorway stretch here. It's not an asana, but it will help to open the chest and get bloodflow to the area. I was on a path of poor shoulder health that could have led to frozen shoulders. I was given this advice and it has helped me open the area up.
