There is a great new yoga DVD out there that is very inexpensive. I have a copy and follow the program. It is easy and anyone can do it. I advise everyone to get a copy. It is the AFMAA program and it is available at stores.ebay.com/afmaa

Are you referring to the American Freestyle Martial Arts Association?
This organization doesn't have very strong roots in Yoga. Would you want a Jeet Kune Do video released by the Yoga Alliance? I sure wouldn't.

And I must question the integrity of recommending such a purchase for everyone. If you were selling Oxygen that might make sense. But a yoga video, and a questionable one at that, I don't think so. It's not very honorable to reccomend such a thing.

These folks will allow you to take their program and then send them a video of your form and judge said tape then send you a black belt degree? You're kidding me right? Bruce Lee is rolling in his grave.

These people don't even google. Which probably means they're renegade and not recognized by a national federation. SHOCKER!

As i have no time to spend at yoga health centers, i coludn't be active at work. Oflately i bought a yoga sun salutation DVD. I learnt many things on my own. No need to go outside and spend more money.

It's main advantage is we can know, how our internal body parts are benfited by doing yogs. they shown it very clearly. so i like it very much. Now i am active at work.

If you too want to try once you can fnd it in video.google by giving qt sun salutation keyword.
