Hair loss

Hello everyone.

Can anybody suggest me any yoga or mudra to control hair loss.
Thanks

If hair loss is due to receptors in your scalp due to hormone testosteron i dont believe yoga will make your hair grow more

There are many bald or thin haired yogis . Why did not all of the yogis have hair then?

To say some mudras will make your hair grow is ignorance.

If however hairloss is due to stress or not getting enough minerals and vitamins we can fix it.

Also the hair has a life cycle of 7 years i believe and then it will fall off and new hair will grow.

And please dont spam us with links in viagra.

It is not pleasant to see.

I cannot suggest any yoga or mudra to prevent hair loss. I can only suggest that yoga practice and mudra will allow you to ACCEPT your hair loss.

  • A bald and beautiful guy.

Kanta Uttam,
It is a fact that all of us loose approximately 100 hair per day. The loss beyond the numbers is the matter of concern.
Hair loss depends on lots of factors, some of them are as under:

  1. Genetics: Pitta types (Mesomorphic personality). The most personality of this
catergory tends to loose more hair than other personality type and more than the
number (100 per day) the most loose.
  2. Dietary: Inadequeate intake of protein and vitamin Bs.
  3. Psychological: Stress and its form especially Anxiety.
  4. Environmental: Exposure to pollutants.
  5. Infective: Becterial, viral and especially fungal infection resulting in dendruff and hair
    loss.
  6. Past history of T.B., Pneumonia, Chronic Cold/Sinusitis/Rhinitis, Typhoid, Jaundice, etc.
  7. Neuro-endocrine: Imbalance of hormones and neurotransmitters.
From above research based some causative and triggering factors of Hair Loss; you, the most Yoga aspirants/teachers and rational being should be able to speculate what and why they should expect from Yoga practice in the case.

Was this a serious question?

Try this position:

Inverted postures like Downward- Facing Dog, Standing Forward Bend, Camel pose, Cobra pose and Cow Pose are believed to help keep hair healthy.

Massage improves circulation, which in turn improves the health of your hair and scalp. A few drops of vitamin E oil massaged into the scalp is recommended to strengthen fragile hair and help prevent dry, flaky skin.

Give yourself a daily massage for 5-10 minutes to stimulate circulation, which is vital for healthy hair growth. Using your fingers (knuckles), work over the surface of the scalp, temples and back of the head, applying pressure in circular movements. Yoga exercises such as headstand is another excellent way of stimulating blood flow to the hair follicles.

stop using sls , sles. Sodium laureth sulfate. IF you want to improve your scalps health.

Sirsasana is the only asana/mudra beneficial for that, as it stimulates blood flow in your scalp. It is even said to prevent hair from graying.

Do sirsasana from now on.

Stop masturbating so much , or you may get bald. (like all other wankers:D).
