I bought Hemalaya Behl's video Yoga for Urban Living at Ross last year and I quite enjoy it! Has anyone else tried this video?

i have not tried it but i will look into it. i am always looking out for really good yoga material. it is great to have a variety of films. everyone has there own flow. gotta find what you are into the most. sometimes it even depends on the day. keep it up. if i find something that is enjoyable i will let you know.
