Ida and pingala go around, sashami goes through the spine. Where in the spine are these channels located? do ida and pingala circle the whole spine? and does sashami go through the center of the spine and they origninate in the base of the spine and end where, the crown or the tip of spine? thanks

Dear Neil,

Search your subtle bodies for their location, not the physical. These nadis are not located on or in the physical body, they have merely reference points on or in the physical body to make explanation easier.

understood, they are kind of like an overlay to the body. I was just interested in where the theory says these things are located. After posting this I also realized I spelled it wrong, Sushumna
