In the present time in India the famous Yoga teacher is Swami Ramdev.He has studied in gurukul in traditional way in ancient india, and he is a ascetic and yogi. further he is the one who has popularised and made yoga a house hold name in India.His yoga teachings are telecasted by AAstha Channel in India and i like it.Further there is aastha international too which telecast.I atleast watch him on TV and learn the aasnas.I will recommend this.Buy his CD's and learn yourself. I am doing yoga for past seven years.Earlier i used to wear specs and it was difficult for me to work continuously with out spects.But now i dont need specs.Further becos of my Spodylolisthesis at L5S1 i used to get terrible neck pain and was not in a position to bend and work. Now that has vanished.

A memorable incident i would like to share with you all.I have advised a person in my office to do yoga by swami Ramdeva as he is having BP, Diabetes and heart proble.Yesterday on 24 jul 07 he came to me madam i have joined yoga class, the person teaches the yoga taught by Swami Ramdev.Its almost one month i have got my sugar levels checked now my sugar has dropped from 250 to 170.Further i have lost six Kgs weight.Swami ramdevs methoodology of yoga has given wonderful results to people.I have also witnessed.Further is well versed with ayurveda.

So my sincere advise is to buy CDs of swami Ramdev and do it youself.Thats how i do.Further you can search this site for asking for CD
