Journaling your daily yoga practice
Hi...would anyone have an example of how they journal their daily yoga practice?? I have just started a teacher training course and have been asked to do this - thanks!

Hi,
I also had to keep a journal while doing my teacher's course. I divided it into the different yoga practices like bhakti, laya, dhyana, karma, japa, tantra, etc everyday and then I would shortly note what I felt during each yoga and also what I learned and what awarenesses came to me during a specific yoga practice. It was an interesting experience and I really learned a lot about myself from these journals. I still refer back to them sometimes. We had to keep it for a full year. Fascinating to map your own development.
