I have been practicing Kripalu yoga for around 9 months now and I love it. I am wanting to go deeper into my practice and also to relieve some toxins from my body and bloating to help me get into some more difficult poses that I have a problem with. Anyone have any suggestions? Fasting a good way to go? What kind? Mono-diet? Just different diet? I'm a little in the dark at this point on it. I would just like to feel cleansed to give my best to myself and my practice. Thanks!

May I ask what a mono-diet is? Just eating one thing?

Yes a mono-diet is eating one type of food. I have heard some people go on a brown rice diet or something like that. I've also heard about mainly intaking vegetable broth and fruit or vegetable juices as a cleansing. I've been trying to do my research.
