Kundalini yoga seems to focus on the breath of fire quite a bit. They also focus on moving the naval a lot. Personally I have always had weak abs, and I have also had shallow breath. It seems logical that working the abs, as in breath of fire, would strengthen them and the breath. Any thoughts or insight?

Hi,
Pranayama will help you as well as some of the asanas concentrating on the stomach.

I find it frustrating myself, lots of clenching and breath of fire... not exactly things I have done all my life. I'm just going to keep on practicing, I don't really have a teacher option... yet. Good luck
