this might sound strange but...
I feel like my pelvis has 'moved' my hip bones feel higher up my back than they used to be, as though my waist has shortened. I thought it might have something to do with sitting at a computer all day at work. Are there any stretches I can do to rectify this?

Not strange at all. An extra lordotic curve, and it's effect, a protuding belly (even without having fat deposits) may cause the hips appear higher, the vaist thinner, what separates the pelvic area of the thoracic one, thus the latter appears shorter.
If you do not feel pain, you might try yoga. I recommend taking classes or a personal instructor. |
