Urine is a wonderful source of nutrients, hormones, enzymes and anti-bodies. We are taught it is toxic waste so understandably people can be disgusted by it, but, more accurately it is a by product of blood filtration not waste filtration. It is like "leftovers" that are excreted, not due to toxicity but due to there being an excess.

I have used urine rubbing on my skin several times and it feels so powerful although it is a very potent cleanser! I havent tried urine neti yet but would like to, not sure im very sattvic at the moment with my diet. Usually the urine will be kept for 3-7 days before applying to skin.

If you decide to try out urine neti, please do share your experience. I did, didn't I? By the way I am not super sattvic either. Nothing wrong in trying once.
