Hello! I am the new girl in town.
Let me start by saying that I am so happy I found this place. This seems like a great site, and everyone really knows what they are talking about. I have been reading, but still want to make sure I am clear on some things. I am 28 years old, just turned I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on a few things. I want to start, but I don't know how to go about it. Should I buy a tape, or try to find classes? If I do go to classes, what if I can't keep up? Would personal lesson be best, I don't want to look like a fool out there...lol! Also, I have hypothyroidism and asthma, are there any poses that I can focus on for those two things. My asthma is pretty bad and that is why I am reluctant to do anything. It keeps me from soooo many activities I used to love before getting asthma! I also want to do it for my stress and anxiety. Just for an over all sense of wellness for myself!! Thank you all for any advice, and I look forward to visiting often!!
