Poses to Help or Avoid for Subluxated Rib

I have a subluxated (misaligned) rib - 2nd rib on right side, and am being treated by a chiropractor and massage therapist. My rhomboid minor is very tight; this either caused or was caused by the subluxated rib. I have practiced yoga vigorously for ten years. Perhaps some poses caused the problem; I am uncertain. I am currently avoiding any upper body weight-bearing poses.

Are there any suggestions for poses or exercises which will help with my rehab? Also, are any poses contraindicated for rib subluxation? I want to get back to my full yoga practice, and probably need to be more careful in the future so I do not have a recurrence.

when you lift your arms up above your head, make sure you use your abdomanal muscles to keep your ribcage close to you. Use your shoulderblades en backmuscles to lift your arm so that you do not use your shouldergirdle as a lever.
