-Obviously if you strength train muscles, you have to let it rest so it can grow. Does that same thing also apply for stretching:

Can you stretch mutiple times per day?

If you stretch sore muscles does overtrain the muscle?

-Has pracicing Yoga or switching to a diet much lower in meat (or none at all) and fat shown any difference in your sex drive at all? Any difference in your muscle mass?

Thanks

I found this a very good source on the theme of stretching.

You put me in great diffculty answering your last question.
I say, practice yoga and you'll find out. You will not lose anything important, but you might find much more than you thought.

This appears to stir up something in Hubert. Answering qestions is voluntary so if there are diffculties they are self created & can be just as quickly unwound by the self!

From what I know, a daily stretching program will not damage your body unless you are going to extremes, whereas daily weightlifting will eventually break your body down, the muscles need a chance to recover and re-build.

I can answer the muscle mass question from personal experience. I lifted weights, transforming my body into something I now believe was not meant to be. When I stopped and started doing Yoga, I no longer felt the need or want to eat 5-6 times a day and in large amounts. I went from about 185 lbs to around 160 lbs in about 3 months. I've remained there for about 6 years now and it feels great and natural.

You are right. I did write two half-page answers, and really could not make any sense. That's why I cut it short ... I realized I am in no position giving advice.

Thanks for putting the dot on the i.
