What is the name of the pose between standing forward bend and plank in Sun Salute A where on the inhale you lift your head/back to horizontal, hands around ankles, forming a triangle before moving into plank/chaturanga - is this a separate pose by itself or just something transitional?
I've seen it called "flat back"; Natasha R in the Yoga Journal beginner's DVD just says something like "...lift and open the heart..." |
