Hi Folks

Would someone be able to give me the Sanskritt translation for Truth - I have had a wee look on the internet and have found a few different things. An exact translation would be brilliant.

Thanks

Warm Wishes
Justine

Seems Xela has given you an appropriate answer here.

Please keep in mind there is no exact translation when going from Sanskrit to English. Many of the words do not match up and in Sanskrit one word can have several meanings.

But for the sake of this question, Xela is on point.

I also have found The Language of Yoga by Nicolai Bachman is great. It comes with CDs for you to practice along. Breaks everything down really nicely.

I also learned a lot from Light on Yoga by BKS Iyengar.
