Hello everybody. I'll be starting yoga classes at my local gym next week and I was just wondering...
The lessons are only available once a week. That's not enough is it? I suppose I'll have to take what I've learnt to use throughout each week but I was just wondering, do you take classes and if so, how many times a week do you attend? Thank you for any help in the matter. |

some might say that 5 minutes a day is better than an hour a week.
