Every morning, I wake up and do the Sun Salutation. But I am getting kind of bored and would like to switch it up - but can not find another Salutation online that I can learn. Any thoughts?

Hi!
if you feel that sun salutation is boring then you can carry over other kind of asanas (there are infinite number of asanas available).
When there is a will there is a way. Anyway, If you need an online yoga software you can try the url -http://www.yogasanalive.com .I think that it would be definitely useful for you as yoga can be downloaded on your mobile,Desktop application and on PDA's. i suppose that there are also several levels of asanas with different kinds of poses available.just go through it and i thought that definitely it would be useful for you.

Thanks & Regards...

I hear ya, the Sun Sallies can get a bit monotonous. But, you gotta remember they are the foundation for the practice and generate the heat necessary for yoga chikitsa (yoga therapy) to do its magic. Just do three As and three Bs and really concentrate on your breath. When I focus on my breathing, I'm not as affected by the monotony. Aloha friend.

Hi!
I don´t know what form of the sun salutation you´re doing, but I think there are many of them, with slight variations that would help you break monotony.....also you can try the moon salutation, it is very beautiful. I learnt different salutations in yoga class, not through the internet, but I'm sure you can find plenty of information.....I remember seeing sth at http://yoga.about.com.

Good luck
