SYT Paper On Low Back Pain and Relief

There seemed to be a lot of interest around Xela's recent post on low back pain. My first teacher, Alixandra Summit, said, "we are only as young as our backs" and I think many people can relate to that!

The link below will take you Bonnie Pariser's paper on Low Back Pain and to all of the SYT case study papers listed on Mukunda's site. If there is interest, I will try to find other research on low back pain and relief that I can share here.

If that's the case, I am a hundred years old.
