Teacher training

Hello,

I have a small private yoga teaching practice and I am looking to get more training with a well-known certifying organization. Has anyone done the AFAA certification? I am familiar with the big names, like Bikram and Iyengar, etc., but I'm looking for something not quite so expensive!

My teacher Dharma Mittra is offering a training later in the Summer. Dharma is a traditional teacher and understands lack of funds. Since you are in NYC you might be able to work out an appropriate trade that would lessen your cost. Any way, you can find his studio at 23rd and 3rd or on the net at http://www.dharmayogacenter.com/
Also, I have friend who is offering a comprehensive Ashtanga training in New Paltz New York for I think about $1400 which is a very good deal I think. His url is http://www.luckysjuice.com/yoga/
