Thank you to Mukunda Stiles and all those who put this forum together. It is refreshing to have someplace on the web to go and talk not only about asana but yoga as a holistic, spiritual practice.

My name is Dianne and I live and teach yoga in western massachusetts. I look forward to share in the teachings of yoga.
