Thoracic Neck Syndrome
New here and would like to know if anyone has had this problem and which yoga poses work well and which I should stay away from. Classes are so different. My present condition is from overuse of right upper body making tense neck, upper rib and across the right side of my head making a noise or ear pressure sounds. Done all tests, everything says I am perfect except this stress related job related life related problem - all information will be sincerely appreciated. Pata

Thoracic refers to the thorax or mid spine region (between the top of the shoulders C6 and the low back, L1) while "neck" refers to the cervical spine. The terms typically do not go together in the way you've linked them.
