anyone have any good tips on overcoming depression? I take st johns wort and complex b vitamins, I do the five tibetins every morning, but still feel like crap sometimes. I dont drink much 8 oz of wine when I do, non smoker, I limit my refined sugars

A hearty (safe) backbend practice would be great for you.
Can you describe your last four asana classes please? The Tibetan series is wonderful for stimulating the endocrine system. And as far as St. Johns and Vitamin B it really depends on your abilities to absorbe and the synergies with other things in your diet. So toss in some info on what you are eating please. |
