walking
I believe walking is supposed to be one of the best exercises for the body. It incorperates all the muscles of the body, yet I dont see walking mentioned much as part of an asana practice?

that is understood, since we live in a society today where we spend a large portion, or a majority of the time sitting, now is when it may need to be mentioned. Yoga evolves with the times. Maybe there was a time where asana poses were not necessary and walking practices were not either, but in the USA, I believe those need to be addressed now. But it is just my belier/opiniown
walking on the journey seeker
